Whether it’s generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, or maybe you aren’t even sure what specific type of anxiety but you just know it’s painful. I’d love to help. I use a combination of tools from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness skills, and acceptance and commitment therapy with the goal of getting anxiety out of the drivers seat and gaining back freedom in your life.

Self Esteem

Have you struggled with imposter syndrome for a lot of your life? Do you feel like your outsides don’t match your insides? You may benefit from self esteem work then! I primarily use author Kristin Neff’s Self Compassion practices and techniques as well as a strengths-based approach.
