Hello! My name is Lauren Sanches.

I work with adults with anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, and challenges navigating life transitions. I strive to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and free to show up exactly as you are. Together we will explore how to break out of old patterns and learn new ways of being. My goal is for you to walk away from our time together feeling more self aware, more comfortable in your own skin, and better able to cope with life’s challenges.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. (Texas license #89683)
I am a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Originally, I earned Bachelors' and Masters’ degrees in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. I worked for 9 years in Accounting as a CPA before deciding to change careers to pursue counseling. I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).
When I’m not counseling, I enjoy yoga, reading, traveling, and decompressing to a dating reality t.v. show. I also love spending time with my husband, daughter, and rescue pup.
