I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Aetna plans. For other insurance providers, out of network/ self-pay options are available. Once paperwork has been completed, you will be provided with your copay, coinsurance or deductible information, i.e., amount owed per session. You may also contact your insurance provider for this information to learn more about your benefits and what your plan covers.

You will be e-mailed a link to a HIPAA compliant video service “Simple Practice” about 10-15 minutes before your appointment time. Just click on this link to join the meeting! Make sure you are in a space with privacy and decent wi-fi.

The first session will be a little different than the subsequent sessions as it is an intake session. We will go over some informed consent policy items and I’ll try to get as much information about your background and goals for therapy as possible. In subsequent sessions, we will process what’s happening between sessions and work towards your goals.
